Waiver Required
All campers staying at the campground with SXS or any other motorized recreational vehicle must complete a waiver. Link to the waiver can be found on our website or via the link in your booking confirmation email. No drivers without a valid drivers license permitted to drive SXS on our property.
Night Riding – NOT ALLOWED
Pickett State Forest – Rules Link
NOTE: Night riding is NOT ALLOWED at Pickett State Forest. Please be respectful of both the park rules and our neighbors and plan your riding during daylight hours. Guests found leaving at night will be asked to leave, forfeit your entire booking fee, and not welcomed back.
Cabins
If you are booking a cabin, your cabin number will NOT be in your booking email. You will receive a separate email a couple days prior to check-in with your cabin number and the electronic door code.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Laurel Creek Campground’s refund policy varies, depending on the cancellation notice’s timing in advance of the reservation date. We do charge for the complete reservation upfront. You will notify Laurel Creek Campground no less than 14 days before your check-in date to receive a refund. Our current policy is a 10% penalty for any cancelations and a 50% penalty for cancelations made within 7 days, and no refund for cancellations made within 3 days. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours (actual receipt of funds may vary based on banking regulations).
